The solar industry has grown by 60% a year for the last ten years! Nearly 209,000 Americans work in solar, this number is expected to double to more than 420,000 workers by the year 2020.

According to SEIA (Solar Energy Industries Association) the cost to install solar has dropped by more than 60% over the past 10 years, leading the industry to expand into new markets and deploy thousands of systems nationwide. While California has dominated the U. S. Market other states are continuing to expand. There is 32GW of solar capacity now installed in the United States, that is enough to power 6.2 Million homes. SEIA expects the U.S. solar industry to install 13.9 GW of capacity by the end of 2016, which is nearly double the amount installed in 2015.

Corporations and businessess in the United States have installed enough solar to offset 1.1 million metric tons of carbon dioxide emmissions each year. Solar  systems have 100 times better lifetime energy yield than either nuclear or fossil energy system per ton of mined materials.

PV panels directly produce electricity from sunlight, while SHC technologies use thermal (heat) energy to change the temperature of water and air. PV panels have no moving parts, and use an inverter to change the direct current (DC) power they produce to usable alternating current (AC) power. SHC technologies are often used to heat water for domestic or commercial use, but can also be used to heat or cool the air in buildings.

Solar Planet Group is strategically positioned to be a large part of this growing industry and we would like you to join us.
